Jeff Miller has over a decade of experience in and around the Texas Capitol.  Jeff has specialized in issues ranging from land management, wildlife preservation, housing, and disaster recovery.  Before founding Old Stone Strategy, Jeff was Senior Advisor and Committee Director for State Representative John Cyrier, who served as Chairman of the House Committee on Culture, Recreation and Tourism and Chairman of the Texas Sunset Advisory Committee.  Jeff also served in multiple roles for Commissioner George P. Bush at the Texas General Land Office, including as Chief of Staff of Recovery following Hurricane Harvey in 2017.  Through each of these roles, Jeff Miller has become skilled at solving complex programmatic and policy issues while effectively working with stakeholders in the public and private sectors.
